Our Live calls are on Tuesday’s at 7:30pm. You can join the call on Zoom using the link below, or you can watch inside the ASK Hub Inner Circle Facebook Group

Are the calls recorded?
Yes the calls are recorded. You can watch the recording inside the ASK Hub Inner Circle Facebook Group or in Module 11 of the Portal.

How do I submit a question to be answered on a live call?
You can simply send us an email, reply to our weekly email or comment on a Facebook post inside the Facebook group.

How do I submit a question to be answered by an expert bookkeeper?

What is the turnaround time for questions to be answered?
We will have it answered within 48 hours. BUT, we aim to have an answer back to your within 24 hours.

What If I need more help?
The ASK Hub is designed to help with almost any problem. With our portal, and the ability to ask questions at any time, we are sure we can help you out.

HOWEVER, there might be some occasion where your problem needs a little more attention or time. In that case we can arrange a 1-on-1 appointment at an extra cost.
